In collaboration with the Embassy of India and JITCO, “India Seminar on Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)” was held at the Embassy of India, Tokyo on August 28th 2017. H.E. Sujan R.Chinoy, Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of India to Japan, the delegation from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), and 5 accredited sending organizations from India attended this seminar. It had approximately 120 people attendants from Japanese supervising organizations and companies. In the morning session, the Ambassador delivered the inaugural remarks followed by the remarks by Mr. Kazuhiro Suzuki, President of JITCO and keynote address by Dr. K.P. Krishnan, Secretary of MSDE. Also, Mr. Asheesh Sharma, Joint Secretary of Directorate General of Training (DGT) made remarks and each sending organizations made presentations on their profile and preparedness to dispatch technical intern trainees.
In the afternoon session, Indian sending organizations and Japanese participants interacted with each other.
