On January 18, 2011, the regular consultation was held with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) Department of Overseas Labour (DOLAB). There was an exchange of opinions regarding the plans to prevent abscondence, and confirmed the importance of follow-up such as reinstatement to prevent abscondence, employment support, etc., for the returned trainees.
　　
A joint seminar was held on the following day. There were 90 participants from 50 supervising organizations from Japan, and 82 sending organizations from Vietnam have participated. In this seminar, greeting by the MOLISA, underlying report by JITCO, underlying report by DOLAB, etc., were held in the morning, and chance for free business matching between the supervising organizations and sending organizations were setup, and there were many active discussions.

Also, we have given a courtesy visit to the Vice Minister of MOLISA. We have received an acknowledgment regarding the holding of the joint seminar. JITCO has explained the receiving status from Vietnam, and requested cooperation not only from DOLAB but also from MOLISA as a whole for the reinstatement and employment support for the returned trainees, and earned consent from the Vice Minister.
