On November 14, 2011, JITCO officials visited the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration (MOM&T) and held a regular meeting with the Department of Training and Productivity Development. This time, as the first joint seminar was held in Indonesia, there was an exchange of ideas about how to proceed with the seminar, including the handling of requests gathered beforehand from both supervising organizations and sending organizations. Based on the discussions for this seminar, it was affirmed that the future meetings between MOM&T and JITCO will become even more stimulating.

On the 16th, a joint seminar was held on Bali, and it was attended by 20 representatives of 14 supervising organizations and 91 representatives of 59 sending organizations. The morning seminar started with addresses from the hosts (MOM&T and JITCO), followed by an announcement of requests and proposals from both the sending organizations and the supervising organizations, and there was an exchange of ideas in order to strengthen future activities related to the acceptance and sending of technical intern trainees from Indonesia. In the afternoon, at the site of business matching for supervising organizations and sending organizations, lively meetings were held to exchange information and discuss receiving in the future.
