On February 27, 2017, JITCO held regular discussions with Directorate General of Training and Productivity Development, Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
JITCO explained the details of the revisions to Technical Intern Training Program and its future prospects. JITCO also indicated it would continue providing support aiming at the further spread and smooth use of the program. While MOM stated that they would adjust the rule in Indonesia along with the program revisions in Japan if necessary. Also they expressed their expectation that the revisions would lead to further promotion of healthy growth of the program.
