新たな制度における外国人技能実習事業に関する協定書（モデル）について（英語版追加）

　JITCOでは、日本の受入れ団体が外国の送出し機関との間で締結する協定書のモデルを作成し、ご活用していただいておりましたが、今般、制度改正に伴い、「外国人技能実習事業に関する協定書（モデル）」として、内容を改めましたので、ご活用ください。

　なお、同協定書（モデル）には、職業紹介関係業務等に係る事項を盛り込んでおりますので、厚生労働大臣への職業紹介事業の許可、届出等に際し、添付書類として提出する「送出し（取次）機関及び事業者の業務分担について記載した契約書その他事業の運営に関する書類」としても、ご活用いただけます。

＜2010年1月15日付で以下の点を修正しました。＞

【修正箇所】

  1. 第6条の「（7）健康な心身------」すべてを削り、（8）を（7）に修正（2頁）
  2. 第12条の〔監理団体が実費のみを徴収して行う有料職業紹介を行う場合の第3項〕である3項の「日本国厚生労働省」を「日本国厚生労働大臣」に修正（4頁）
