1. Health and Safety News

This newsletter provides information related to health and safety in hopes of promoting trainees and technical interns' safety at work as well as their physical and mental well-being throughout their stay. It's published three times a year (subject to change) and is available in Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Hiragana Japanese.


2. Self-Diagnosis Chart for the Mind and Body

This self-diagnosis checklist helps technical interns assess their own health conditions and state of mind. The chart is clear enough for anyone to use. Regular use of this chart will ensure interns' health and well-being both in and out of training. It's available in Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, and Hiragana Japanese.


3. Health Care Guide

This guidebook explains extensively the Japanese health care system and also health and accident insurance plans. It also discusses how to prevent common illness, as well as what to do when injured or sick. It's available in Chinese, English, and Hiragana Japanese.


4. Self-Report Form for Medical Institutions

After all conditions and vital information sections have been filled out, trainees and technical interns can submit this form directly to any doctor. It's available in Chinese, English, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai.
