■Issue Technical Intern trainees' Newspaper "MABUHAY TIMES" 20th Edition

Newspaper "MABUHAY TIMES" is printed every month at our association's bureau of technical intern trainees. Recently, this newspaper has reached 20th edition, and we would like to introduce it. This newspaper is sent to technical intern trainees of course, but also sent to each accepting company, local community center and sending organization for pass-along and posting there.

■Organize a Bamboo Dance Team: Present Dance at Intercommunication Class in Elementary School

Last year, we had many versatile trainees, so we made a bamboo dance team. They had presented their dance only for three times externally, but enjoyed dancing with students when they presented at local elementary school's intercommunication class. Students and trainees danced together holding hands and created a good atmosphere.

■Staple Dish for Dinner: Shiitake Mushroom Soup

As one of the countermeasure against the flu which epidemic was concerned last year, we chose to support from the aspect of health and shiitake mushroom soup became the staple dish for dinner every Wednesday. It is cooked by adviser assisting technical intern trainees with living in Japan in rotation, and this is going on for a year without missing it every week. The soup is well-received by technical intern trainees and trainees, that large panful of soup always end up empty. By the effect of "spell", hospital visiting tend to be decreasing.
