First, Director Mr. Kirnadi appraised the training program's contribution for "human resource development" in Indonesia and he declared that for further development, more strict screening system will be laid out for selecting sending organizations and training candidates to resolve current issues, especially run-away trainee issue.
JITCO indicated that MOM&T needs to review and improve pre-dispatch trainings, functions of sending organizations, and reinstatement support. Then, added that JITCO hopes to see the number of Indonesian trainees to increase in the near future.
